Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services or refunds for deposits made on services. Funds can be reallocated towards purchasing the different services offered at Beautiful You Health and Wellness.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.
There are no refunds on Gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
Rescheduling Policy
Please understand that these appointments are difficult to refill at the last minute or within 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations directly affect our provider’s livelihood, so please schedule wisely. A credit card is required to hold your appointment when you book online. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a $100 charge. If we cannot process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until payment is received.
**Please provide your medical receipt if you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. Your appointment can be rescheduled for another time, and no additional deposit is required.
If a scheduled treatment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50%—100% of the treatment cost may be charged.
If a 1-hour appointment slot is booked and not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours' notice, this will incur a $100 charge per 30-minute time slot. (i.e., a 1.5-hour cancellation will cost $300 or the entire treatment cost)
No Call/No-Show Policy
Clients must pay a $200 no-show fee. We will flag your account, and you can only book appointments once the fee is paid in full. This no-show fee can NOT be applied to future appointments. If we cannot process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until payment has been collected.
